Join Infinity Systems Engineering LLC as a Senior Operations Assessor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Assessor to join our dynamic and high-performing team. As a Senior Operations Assessor, you will provide operational assessments and advisory support in a dynamic, high-paced environment. You will guide rapid evolution of planning projects and doctrine through demonstration and government review and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, plan, and integrate assessment planning and strategy activities into customer plans, exercises, training, and operations.
  • Support the development of assessments in operational plans and the Annex N (assessments) in the customer's order.
  • Provide operational assessment subject matter expertise to outside organizations in support of planning coordination and deconfliction.
  • Coordinate and integrate assessments with customer organizations to include mission ground stations and mission partners, support requests into the customer's plans and orders.
  • Review and support development of operational-level assessments for customer capabilities and operations and associated implementation documents.
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for assessments meetings and workshops on behalf of the customer.
  • Generate, share, and present briefings and products for senior leadership and enterprise awareness.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Joint Operations and Joint Planning Process.
  • Familiarity with space operations, satellite operations, DoD/NRO spacecraft, and significant operations floor experience.
  • Understanding of JP-5 (Joint Planning, FRAGO, OPORD, Campaign Plans, OPTs) and exercise development and review experience (AARs, Hot-Washes).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate from Joint Professional Military Education program.
  • 2+ years' experience in a General Officer/Flag Officer G/J/N-5 (Plans Directorate).
  • DoD/NRO systems liaison/field representative experience.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Relationships with other space operations floors would be useful.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 9 years of prior related experience.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
