Job Summary:

As a contract Creative Project Manager at MPLOY, you will be responsible for managing multiple creative projects simultaneously. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement project plans and budgets, working closely with creative leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple creative projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with creative leadership, account managers, and production staff to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including freelance and outside creative vendors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Track and report project budgets and financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial management.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee project teams to guarantee high-quality work and ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of project management or professional services experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of project management software tools and management techniques, hands-on experience with day-to-day project management, and a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.
