Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to deliver projects within financial and schedule parameters, exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and negotiate project proposals, including fees, schedules, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with clients, project stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in business development activities, including market research, client meetings, and proposal development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Architectural License or Professional Engineer License.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with a track record of exceptional performance.
  • Experience in various project market sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit capabilities.
  • Ability to utilize financial management software.
  • Occasional travel required.
