- Adhere to company policies, cooking methods, standard portion sizes, and quality assurance measures.
- Ensure that kitchen stations are adequately stocked to facilitate seamless service.
- Portion food items before cooking in accordance with specified recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with food servers regarding ticket times and ensure prompt service to guests.
- Properly store and manage food products following all relevant guidelines and procedures.
