Job Summary

As an Imaging Supervisor at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team responsible for processing physical documents and checks. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and process physical documents and checks using various criteria and controls

Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Supervise a team of staff to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and timely

Foster an inclusive team culture and encourage professional development

Reconcile all checks received, scanned, returned, and destroyed

Ensure regulatory compliance with all industry regulations and oversee monthly audits requested by clients

Develop tactical solutions to increase efficiency and process transparency

Review Quality Controls, Overnight Package tracking, and various reconciliations

Requirements

At least 2-4 years of supervisory work experience in Operations or a related field

Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong client service orientation and written and verbal communication skills
