Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage quality-related documents, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating audit activities.
  • Keep training records current and organized, ensuring all team members are compliant with required training.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machines are serviced and calibrated as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other tasks as required.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and the ability to work off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience with internal, regulatory, and customer audits, including conducting internal audits and assisting with audit planning.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or document control roles, such as Quality Associate, Quality Coordinator, Quality Admin, or Document Control.
