  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical content using a content management system (CMS) and screen capture tools, ensuring all pages are properly tagged and formatted.
  • Project Management: Track work using project management tools, manage release alignment calls, and ensure timely delivery of release highlights and documentation.
  • Communication: Clearly and proactively communicate with team members and stakeholders, responding promptly to messages and emails.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues independently, seeking innovative solutions and ensuring problems are fully resolved.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients, incorporating feedback and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, participate in team activities, and build connections across various teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or technical writing.
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or technical writing.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience with content management systems and screen capture tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with platforms such as UMP, Tamarac, MoneyGuide, or Yodlee, knowledge of finance industry best practices, and ability to draft organization-wide communication.
