Employee Relations Specialist

The Employee Relations Partner is a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing expert guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters. This includes investigating and resolving employee complaints, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Partner with operational management and HR business partners to create solutions to complex employee relations issues
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major
- Five years or more of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
