Job Title: Clinical Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our Neurology Department at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Neurologist and Technicians in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform animal restraint and assist with patient preparation for procedures
  • Help admit patients for diagnostic testing and perform TPR accurately
  • Assist Technicians in the collection of diagnostic samples and perform blood work
  • Stock and maintain supplies, and clean and disinfect after procedures
  • Facilitate consultations and prepare for procedures, anticipating the needs of the department
  • Assist with MRI's, radiographs, and other procedures, and administer medications and SQ fluids
  • Support other areas and departments as needed
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of animal experience
  • Strong ability to multitask and anticipate needs, proficient in animal restraint, and excellent communication skills
