Job Title: Inpatient Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Veterinary Technician to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our veterinarians and other staff members.

Job Summary:

The Inpatient Veterinary Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with exams and procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of experienced veterinarians and technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including laboratory results, medication administration, and patient history.
  • Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest veterinary medical knowledge and techniques.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of veterinary technician experience required.
  • Colorado Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or ability to become registered upon hire.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
