Job Overview

Showman's HVAC LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Technician specializing in both commercial and residential systems. This role involves servicing and repairing heating and cooling equipment within our operational area.


WORKING HOURS

The typical work schedule is 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend on-call duties.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 - $25, based on experience and expertise. Additional benefits include company van usage, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, short-term disability, and $25K life insurance. We also provide team lunches periodically.


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The successful candidate will possess the ability to adapt to changing situations, demonstrate keen observational skills, and communicate complex technical information clearly. We value honesty, hard work, and the ability to collaborate effectively, whether independently or as part of a team. Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heating and cooling
  • Freon certification
  • Valid driver's license
