Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide exceptional care to individuals with complex physical and intellectual challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring their safe and timely arrival.
  • Participate in planning and implementing individualized programs, including social, recreational, and educational activities.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest level of care and support for residents.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
  • Pass a complete background, physical, and drug screening.
  • Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
