Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Loan Officer to join our team in Arizona. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing leads, building relationships with real estate agents, and originating and brokering loans for a variety of product and property types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Follow up with and convert leads generated from our website, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential borrowers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents introduced through our Movoto Select Network and Movoto Pro+ programs.
  • Loan Origination: Evaluate and manage loan applications, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Originate and broker loans for a variety of product and property types, tailoring solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Client Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the loan process, helping them navigate the complexities of financing their home purchase.
  • Performance: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in service and results.

Requirements

  • Active NMLS license in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker.
  • Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, and brokering for various loan products and property types.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and loan applications.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
