Role Summary:

Join our dedicated team at AMI Network and contribute positively to the health and well-being of children and their families. We are in search of a caring and skilled Medical Assistant to deliver outstanding support in both clinical and administrative capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare professionals in providing top-notch care to pediatric patients.
  • Carry out both clinical and administrative tasks as required.
  • Prepare examination rooms and necessary equipment for patient consultations.
  • Guide patients to examination areas and record vital signs.
  • Assist with patient onboarding, including history documentation and medication review.
  • Handle administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and patient record management.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout medical procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Comply with all clinic protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or relevant certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathetic attitude and a sincere interest in pediatric healthcare.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
