Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our infrastructure teams and drive the scaling and sustainment of our global technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable technology solutions in complex multi-location environments and possess strong leadership skills, including culture champion, team mentoring, and career development.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing the operational technology roadmap for infrastructure, cloud, licensing, software, and other technical aspects.
  2. Providing leadership support to an organization of 30 people.
  3. Interacting professionally with internal stakeholders and external customer teams to discover and meet business needs.
  4. Providing technical and logistical guidance to team leaders on a wide range of complex technologies.
  5. Driving the scaling and sustainment of our current global infrastructure to meet customer demands.
  6. Troubleshooting complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
  7. Leading, coaching, and mentoring other team members, performing cross-training, and facilitating information sharing.
  8. Fostering a culture-first working environment and celebrating wins regularly.
  9. Developing and revising a 3-year technology roadmap to prepare for future business needs and goals.
  10. Reviewing and refining yearly budgets with team leaders.
  11. Meeting with vendors to discuss product offerings, address technical issues/deficiencies, and influence new products and services.
  12. Being contactable and able to respond to critical business needs outside of normal business hours.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  1. 10+ years of IT experience in a mid-sized multi-location environment.
  2. Proven leadership skills around culture champion, team mentoring, and career development.
  3. Strong strategic planning and initiative management experience.
  4. Background with vendor management, budget creation, and procurement tracking.
  5. Strong network technical knowledge, including WAN/LAN systems, Microsoft, O365, Atlassian Administration (JIRA and Confluence).
  6. Strong security technical knowledge, including frameworks (CE+, NIST, CMMC, GDPR, HIPPA), vulnerability scanning/remediation, and incident response.
  7. Experience working in an Agile environment with the ability to influence adoption.
