Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Hope Services. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing early intervention services to infants, toddlers, and families. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission of maximizing employee engagement and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive neurological and physical assessments of infants and toddlers, including muscle tone, range of motion, reflex development, and movement patterns.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings, with a focus on promoting developmental skills and abilities.
- Collaborate with physicians and outside agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
- Act as a consultant to other agency professionals, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and developmental specialists.
- Present in-service trainings to Hope Services staff and provide training to outside agencies as needed.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree with licensure to practice.
- One year of related experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
- Basic computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to observe, evaluate, document, and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of disabilities and syndromes, as well as infant and toddler assessment and developmental activities.
This position requires considerable travel in the community, primarily performing work in the client home. Some computer work and periods of intense concentration are also required. The ideal candidate will be able to lift, move, stretch, walk, and crawl during training activities with the child and family.
