Schedule: Full-Time with Flexible Hours
Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $85,000 to $108,000 plus a $750 Monthly Bonus and Benefits. Salaries are influenced by location, experience, and job-related factors.

We are currently looking for Licensed Physical Therapists to participate in our Orthopedic Clinical Residency Program.

- All residency costs and ABPTS Orthopedic Clinic Specialist board preparation exam fees are covered.
- Work as a physical therapist while attending the residency program, with a commitment of only 36 hours per week, ensuring ample time for your education without a reduction in salary.

Position Overview:
- Deliver Physical Therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient care.
- Build relationships within the community.
- Utilize advanced EMR systems for documentation and reporting.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure for physical therapy practice.
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to assist patients and therapists as needed.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients (up to 50 pounds).
- Standing: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during therapy sessions.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficient in handling therapy tools and equipment.
- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe and communicate effectively with patients.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment.
