Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Golden Bear Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for devising detailed treatment plans for each patient, communicating with physicians to ensure consistent care, and documenting patient progress in our electronic medical record system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions, including post-operative, shoulder, knee, spinal, and non-surgical injuries.
- Communicate effectively with patients' physicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic medical record system.
- Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations and evaluate patient progress.
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
- We focus on outpatient orthopedics with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, exercise, and education.
- We use modalities as needed and have large gyms with modern equipment.
- Our patient population is diverse, with a mix of post-operative, shoulder, knee, spinal, and non-surgical injuries.
- We offer one-hour evaluations and generous treatment times, allowing our providers to spend more time with each patient.
- We accept most PPO plans, Medicare, and Workers' Compensation.
