- Oversee the lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring timely issuance and resolution of any related issues.
- Manage invoicing processes by verifying the completion of services and ensuring prompt payments to suppliers.
- Engage with the BuyDesk to address supplier payment inquiries and terms.
- Conduct supplier maintenance activities, including the activation of new suppliers and updating their information.
- Work closely with sourcing teams to explore cost reduction strategies and maintain supplier compliance.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor internal billing processes and collaborate with finance to resolve any discrepancies.
- Establish metrics to evaluate procurement performance and drive improvements.
- Generate financial reports to track procurement activities and support financial decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Finance.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
