Job Summary:

The Operations Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the SVP, Operations by providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements. This role will involve analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing and deploying data visualization tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust analytics reporting packages to support operational decision-making
• Utilize various business tools, including Oracle, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel, to collect and analyze data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to KPIs, operational performance, and areas of opportunity
• Identify and address discrepancies in data or process(es) and drive corrective actions to ensure data integrity
• Develop and present clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytic skills and an understanding of economics, financial concepts, and Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to create and present well-developed presentations, including graphs, charts, project overviews, and detailed summaries of key takeaways
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required
• Very strong proficiency in MS Excel required
• Experience with Oracle preferred
• Aptitude to learn new software applications as needed
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly
• Comfortable working in production and warehouse environments with automated and manual equipment and machinery
• Ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects and work in a team-oriented atmosphere
