The ideal candidate will oversee a team of production employees, drive efficiencies in assembly, fabrication, machining, and welding, and implement Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 30+ production employees to ensure efficient production processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve assembly, fabrication, machining, and welding processes
  • Implement Lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or Engineering Technology)
  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in supervisory roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles
  • Preferred experience in assembly, machining, testing, and coating
