About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Business Systems Technology and Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and meeting technical standards, timelines, and budget.
  • Plan, resource manage, and track progress, ensuring project success and identifying areas for process and performance improvements.
  • Define key success metrics, create and manage dashboards, analyze data, and share learnings to inform continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, gathering requirements and feedback.
  • Oversee the development process, plan and manage product releases, and track performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experienced with project and change management.
  • Demonstratable product owner skills, driving product vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills, and results-driven.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment.
  • Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Highly motivated and quick learner.
  • Experience within a subscription-based organization is preferred - SaaS.
  • Experience with Jira (or any other issue tracker tool) is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle iStore or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
