About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Business Systems Technology and Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery of technical standards, timelines, and budget.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and develop processes, tools, and solutions that drive business success.
  • Define and report on key metrics for assessing project status, providing visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Act as a Product Owner for new systems, managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, gathering requirements and feedback while overseeing the development process and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in project and change management, with demonstrable product owner skills.
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service and ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Highly motivated and quick learner.
  • Experience within a subscription-based organization, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Oracle iStore, or Oracle E-Business Suite.
