5. Gain expertise in Medicare and ACA Marketplace products to effectively address client inquiries.
6. Complete necessary documentation, including applications and compliance forms.
7. Provide thorough reviews of available plans tailored to clients' service areas.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the application process.
9. Manage records and documentation with precision and organization.
10. Utilize basic Excel skills to track leads and manage workflows.

Qualifications:
- Valid Health Indiana Insurance license.
- Completion of required continuing education and annual certifications for Medicare and Marketplace.
- Experience presenting to groups.
- Knowledge of ACA and marketplace regulations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and Medicare marketing guidelines.
- Proficient in understanding various Medicare products and their eligibility criteria.
- Strong computer skills and mathematical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with fellow agents and maintain regular communication with Medicare and Marketplace representatives.
