Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services, utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and consult with customers on our products and services
  • Utilize knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience
  • Work with moderate supervision/guidance
  • Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks
  • Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning
  • Know and understand sales compensation plan and its key elements
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed
  • May be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store
  • Must be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly

What We Offer
  • Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22
  • Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets
  • Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus
