Program Manager, Multifamily Energy Efficiency Programs Specialist

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the successful launch and deployment of multifamily energy efficiency programs in Ohio or Indiana. As a key member of our government services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans to meet program goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage program launch and implementation, including development of work plans, staff assignments, and forecasting.
- Deliver successful large-budget, multifamily energy efficiency programs to utility clients per contract terms and program budgets.
- Identify, define, quantify, track, and drive program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
- Continuously assess project progress to goal and develop innovative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
- Manage, lead, and mentor a dynamic team by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports.
- Support outreach functions through community engagement, program presentations, and relationship building.
- Develop, manage, and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolve and/or escalate client issues.
- Interface with key internal departments to develop efficiencies to meet program needs.
- US Citizenship is required due to IRA funding stipulations.
- Must be located in the greater Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN area.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field of study is required.
- A minimum of 6+ years' experience in energy-efficiency or a related field is required, with multifamily or commercial & industrial (C&I) program experience preferred.
- Previous management experience, including experience leading technical staff, is required.
- Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans is required.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools are required.
- Advanced energy-related certifications, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Certification, are preferred.
- A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience managing multifamily-focused energy efficiency or weatherization programs is preferred.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy.
- Proficient in establishing job and work process flows.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity.
- Client service focus.
- Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization, and a team-player.
