Key Responsibilities of the Accountant
- Precisely document and uphold financial transactions within the general ledger.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including the formulation and evaluation of financial statements.
- Examine financial reports to deliver insights that aid in strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify accuracy and address any inconsistencies.
- Facilitate the preparation and organization of tax documentation for compliance and year-end reporting.
- Collaborate with the Controller and Treasury Manager on financial tasks, including bank statement reviews.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of pertinent accounting experience.
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
