McMellon Bros Inc is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Record and verify financial transactions
- Prepare trial balance and analyze budgets
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Complete tax forms and maintain accurate financial records
- Payroll and ERP System data entry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
- Knowledge of GAAP and strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- ERP System experience
