About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Black Hills. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our youth, and building strong relationships with our community partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of our youth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our community partners, including local businesses, government agencies, and other organizations.
  • Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, fundraising, and grant writing.
  • Supervise and support a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the effective delivery of programs and services.
  • Ensure the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a nonprofit or similar organization.
  • Strong strategic planning and program development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
  • Experience with financial management and fundraising.
  • Ability to supervise and support a team of staff and volunteers.
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing nonprofit organizations.
