Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier III IT systems support for VMware vCenter, Horizon View, Site Recovery Manager, and other critical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and technical challenges related to these platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new technologies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Systems Engineers.
  • Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required.
  • Ability to obtain IAT Level III within 3 months of hire.
  • DoD 8570 computing environment certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Systems, HP SANs, and VMware products.
  • Must be open to up to 10% local travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundations certification.
  • Scripting experience or willingness to learn.
