Key Responsibilities
  • Job Site Management: Oversee and coordinate Heavy Civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct job site personnel, including operators and laborers, to achieve project goals.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Support and implement safety programs to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that all assigned equipment is in proper operating condition, free of safety hazards, and properly maintained.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain daily diaries, produce daily job reports, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 5 years of related construction experience, with a strong background in Heavy Civil construction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in plan reading, equipment operation, and setting, transferring, and understanding grades.
  • Behavioral Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to direct production work with confidence and a positive attitude.
