This role is responsible for managing and coordinating Heavy Civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Safety program and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Division V.P. and other stakeholders as needed
  • Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly maintained
  • Ensure project coverage and compliance with Blue Stakes
  • Prepare and maintain daily diaries and job reports
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and direct field employees
  • Review and analyze project costs and productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5 years of related construction experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and contracts
  • Proficiency in equipment operation and management
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
