Key Responsibilities
  • Manage capital projects, accounts receivable, and general ledger for our real estate and construction divisions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts for our real estate and construction divisions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all financial transactions and records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other accounting software.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, accounts receivable, and capital projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
