Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform a variety of duties, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Collision Estimators with tasks such as handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
  • Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for active customer deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with sales experience a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Passion for learning the collision industry.
  • Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
