Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our service center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in person or over the phone, determine their needs, and respond promptly to provide guidance and assistance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Collision Estimators to handle drop-offs, map and mark vehicles, arrange customer transportation, and prepare paperwork for active customer deliveries.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs, adhering to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures and industry guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with sales experience a plus.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
Abilities and Skills:
  • Physical Ability: Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Passion for delivering personable, friendly, and World-Class customer service to internal and external customers.
