About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to customers, engaging them in a personalized and consultative manner.
  • Utilize acquired skills and knowledge to recommend products and services that meet customers' current and future needs.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, bringing passion and enthusiasm for the Best Buy brand, customer service, and technology to every customer interaction.
  • Assist customers with sales orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Apply knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development, staying current on skills and promotional initiatives.
  • Contribute to profitable growth through critical business drive times, supporting our customer obsession.
  • Maintain merchandising and ensure the department is clean and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and associates in other departments to achieve shared goals.
