About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies
  • Perform and assist with nuclear medicine and PET/CT exams
  • Ensure direct patient safety and adherence to procedural protocols
  • Maintain regulatory agency requirements and accreditation standards
  • Provide clinical instruction for radiology and nursing students in nuclear medicine
Requirements
  • CNMT or ARRT(N) certification
  • Licensed by the State of Maine as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • DOT HAZMAT training certificate
