About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in preparing, measuring, and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and assist with nuclear medicine and PET/CT exams
  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies
  • Ensure patient safety and follow all procedural protocols
  • Maintain all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements
  • Assist in clinical instruction for radiology and nursing students
Requirements
  • CNMT or ARRT(N) certification required
  • Licensed by the State of Maine as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification or due within one month of expiration
  • Current DOT HAZMAT training certificate renewable every three years
