Key Responsibilities:
As an RN Case Coordinator, you will perform in-home nursing assessments for clients, primarily consisting of former Nuclear Weapons Workers suffering from chronic or terminal illnesses due to exposure to hazardous materials during their service. Your duties will include:
- Conducting weekly nursing visits lasting 1-2 hours.
- Performing physical assessments, including vital signs.
- Ensuring home safety with appropriate medical equipment and supplies.
- Managing medication planners and supervising both skilled and non-skilled caregivers.
Establishing meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients will allow you to enhance their health, quality of life, and overall peace of mind.

Requirements:
