Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-home nursing visits to assess clients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet clients' unique needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Supervise and train caregivers to ensure high-quality care
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, including one year in home care or a closely related field
- One year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
- Competitive hourly rate of $42.00, plus shift differentials
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
