Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
