As a Senior Civil Engineering Project Leader at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will oversee project teams dedicated to developing land use plans for a diverse range of clients, including commercial, institutional, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project workflows, ensuring quality assurance and client engagement.
- Prepare proposals and supervise junior engineers across various projects, from urban redevelopment to new educational facilities.
- Conduct technical reviews of project designs, including site layouts, grading, stormwater management, erosion control, and utility configurations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local government representatives throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to final construction.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification in Massachusetts is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing project scopes and budgets effectively.
- Strong mentoring capabilities to guide junior staff.
