Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at LoanMart, your primary responsibility will be to support the Title Department and other teams by performing a range of administrative tasks.

You will be required to scan, file, and print documents, prepare outgoing mail, and maintain the title documents room. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with mail pick up and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver license, and valid insurance. You should also have prior experience in an administrative or clerical role and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
