About the PositionIn this dynamic role, you'll leverage your expertise in persuasion, creative thinking, and regulatory compliance to successfully collect payments on accounts in late stages of delinquency.
- Utilize your skills of persuasion to drive successful collections and minimize the need for vehicle repossession.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to optimize collection outcomes.
- Apply standard skip-tracing methods to locate customer and vehicle lead information.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus non-discretionary bonus plan opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Historical success in pay-for-performance collections environment
- Prior auto skip-tracing experience
- Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
