Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our Video Production Manager in creating engaging videos and graphics for live events. This role will involve working on multiple LED display screens, streaming video production online, and collaborating with staff to generate new ideas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Video Production Manager in creating videos and graphics for the Haymarket Park video displays and online content.
  • Operate cameras, replay, graphics, audio, direct, and manage the online stream during live events.
  • Produce promotional videos and graphics for the big screen and/or online purposes.
  • Create/edit video features for the big screen and/or online purposes.
  • Add to and maintain the music library for pregame and between innings.
Requirements
  • Experience with video and audio editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Basic knowledge of operating cameras, audio boards, and production software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new equipment and software.
  • Strong interest in sports, preferably baseball.
  • Knowledge of in-house production procedures and goals.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere and complete tasks in an organized fashion.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Position

This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of at least 45 out of 50 Saltdogs home games and some non-game workdays from May to September. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
