Salary Information

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse Psych Visits FT will contribute to our success by providing high-quality care to patients in their preferred home setting. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse and be able to travel within the branch/office coverage area.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess assigned case load of behavioral health care patients and families to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the patient's nursing needs.
  • Counsel and instruct patients and family members on how to manage their care.
  • Provide education to staff on behavioral health philosophy and pain and symptom management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a current, unrestricted state RN licensee and be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

  • Education and Experience:
  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Previous Home Health or Hospice Experience is preferred.
