This organization operates as an independent investment advisory and asset management firm, delivering research, advisory, and investment services to institutional clients with substantial assets under management.

Position Summary:

The primary focus of this role is to oversee fund accounting and valuation for specific investment funds managed by our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and refresh daily valuation schedules for investments in private equity funds, including preferred and common stock, as well as warrants, ensuring accurate reflection of capital activities, accruals, and valuation adjustments.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily position reports.
  • Integrate updated pricing, valuations, and valuation inputs into daily pricing documentation.
  • Produce and uphold daily and monthly performance reports.
  • Support the preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements along with quarterly investment schedules.
  • Assist in the coordination of annual audit processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in auditing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with private equity investor accounting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and possess strong communication skills.

Compensation Structure:

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary complemented by a performance-based bonus.

Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
