- Assist the Service Desk Team: Provide support to our service desk team as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Training: You must have experience in designing and delivering IT training courses.
- Technical Skills: You must have strong technical skills, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
