Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer patient queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Schedule patients for services and coordinate with doctors for patient care
  • Place orders for clinic office supplies and manage inventory
  • Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorization for procedures
  • Work closely with referring providers to coordinate patient care

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1 year medical reception/scheduling experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in medical scheduling or patient care coordination
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Additional Notes:

  • Previous experience in imaging center scheduling is a plus
