Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Lebanon Fairfield Inn and Suites. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest complaints, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior guest services, including check-in and check-out, in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
  • Offer information and services to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions.
